Shipping & Returns Policy

BAILEY TENNIS FOOTWORK SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES

Once a customer has placed an order they receive email confirmation within 30min.

All orders that are in stock are processed and shipped within 2 working days.

 Shipping Cost – Australia

All Bailey Tennis Footwork (BTF) products are shipped via Australia Post.

Postage cost within Australia is $9.95 per order (with free tracking) for anyone with an Australian delivery address.

BTF uses the best quality packing material to protect items for the journey from BTF’s headquarters to its customers with the intention that they arrive in the same condition they left HQ.

Email Track Advice is provided with email updates about the progress of your parcel through its delivery journey.

Express Post – Australia

You may also select Express Post for only $12.95 per order to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible.

Express Post is only available for In Stock items only for delivery to addresses in Australia, however not all areas are covered by Australia Post’s Express Post Delivery Network. Where your address is outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won’t be covered by their “Next Day Guarantee”.

To upgrade your order to Express Post, please email our sales team at sales@baileytennisfootwork.com.au, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm AEST, to request Express Post and we can arrange to charge you for the extra delivery cost.

Note BTF will ship your Express Post parcel on the next business day.

Express Post – International

We are happy to arrange international express post for you to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible.

To upgrade to an international express post option for your region, please email our sales team at sales@baileytennisfootwork.com.au, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm AEST, and we can arrange to charge you for the extra delivery cost.

Express Post is only available for In Stock items only.

Delivery Instructions

For shipments within Australia, during the order process you can nominate if your item can be left at your delivery address without a signature. If you do not nominate this option, the delivery contractor will leave a notification card and you may also receive an email letting you know where your parcel is.

All deliveries of $150 and above in value will automatically require signature on receipt.

Mail Redirections

Please note that many of our BTF customers inform us that their postal redirections often do not work with packages. BTF will not be responsible for replacing goods or extra costs if a redirection has not been successful, or the delivery contractor has not followed the delivery instructions given. If you are moving, please contact Customer Service before you move to ensure a current order has the updated details to minimise delays.

Returns Policy

We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.

Before returning any items please email our sales team at sales@baileytennisfootwork.com.au to discuss your reason for requiring a return and organise an approval to return an item to BTF.

Before contacting BTF regarding a return please understand the following terms of business:

  1. BTF will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering.
  2. If you have changed your mind, or made a mistake, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.
  3. If you received a faulty or damaged item, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.
  4. If the item you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.
  5. BTF is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged to our headquarters or never arrive. To qualify for a credit an item must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no store credit and the product will be returned to the customer.
  6. A store credit issued for a return will be for the value of the returned item only. A store credit for a specific item does not cover the cost of postage.

DVD Returns

We are happy to exchange any unopened (security seal unbroken) DVD within 14 days, provided the goods are returned in PRISTINE condition.

BTF will not pay for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering.

BTF will provide instructions for returning the item. If the product is damaged upon receipt in our warehouse, we are unable to accept the return and the item will be mailed back to you.

Damaged Items

BTF does pack every parcel with care to ensure it arrives at its destination in the same condition it left our warehouse. Unfortunately a small percentage of packages do arrive damaged due to mishandling by Australia Post employees and contractors as part of their standard parcel delivery program. As Australia Post offers BTF customers the most cost-effective and comprehensive delivery program we acknowledge that some parcels may arrive damaged and require replacing.

If your item was damaged between leaving our warehouse and arriving at your delivery address, you must email BTF with your order number and the condition of your item/s within 2 days of the recorded delivery date.

BTF will replace the DVD depending on availability once the original disc is received back. BTF will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will not be processed unless a replacement cannot be provided.

Faulty DVD’s

If your item is found to be faulty, you must message BTF with your order number and the fault or problem of your item/s within 2 days of the recorded delivery date.

BTF will replace the DVD, depending on availability once the original disc is received back. BTF will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will not be processed unless a replacement cannot be provided.

Item is not what I ordered

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, you must message BTF with your order number and the missing title and received title within 2 days of the recorded delivery date.

BTF will replace the DVD or Blu-ray, depending on availability once the original disc is received back. BTF will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will not be processed unless a replacement cannot be provided.
